Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

The Cyberus AI Agent is an agentic platform service that automatically submits job applications on your behalf. It operates based on a finite set of user-provided preferences and resume/CV data, either uploaded directly or parsed from your input.

3. Account Registration

Account Creation. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers for our Service:

• Free Tier:Includes basic auto-match application tracking, manual application helper, and community support & documentation.
• Pro Tier:Includes all Free tier features, unlimited background watcher & auto-apply, full AI resume tailor integration, and priority 24/7 client sidekick support.

The Pro subscription plan is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled.

5. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Billing. All fees are charged via Stripe or other payment methods we support. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to the Pro features until then.

Refund Policy. Charges for the current month are non-refundable, even if you cancel immediately after renewal. Once a subscription period has begun, fees paid for that period are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology provided through the Service are owned or licensed by Cyberus AI LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any portion without our express written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful information through the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberus AI LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyberus AI LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at www.cyberusai.com/terms-of-service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyberus AI LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
